Electric cube
As a researcher in primary school science class, you will investigate and learn about electricity.
The electric cube is the perfect combination of fun and knowledge to convey in a clear, safe and child-friendly way how exciting physics can be.

5 Experiments for Independent Research in the 3rd and 4th Grades
The 5 experiments are suitable for the experimental investigation of electrical circuits as part of the lesson sequence on the topic of materials and energy in home and social studies. No prior knowledge of current and electricity in general is required.
All experiments are included in four versions and can be quickly and easily assigned to the appropriate experiments thanks to the color scheme of the individual modules. The transparent housings of the individual modules make the experiments particularly clear and increase the students' enthusiasm for experimentation. All utensils are easy to store in the cube and can therefore be set up and dismantled quickly.
The practical cube stool in which the experiments are stored also fits visually into the students' learning environment as a piece of furniture. The plain and simple shape gives the electrical components so much space that they invite safe and independent exploration. The individual components are easy to understand and can be used without any concerns.
Due to its stable and robust construction and intuitive operation, the cube is particularly suitable for use in primary schools. Thanks to the cube's modern and wireless charging system, the research set can be used in class at any time and without a long lead time. The charging system can also be expanded to include a photovoltaic module in order to experience various methods of generating electricity.
Experiment 1
We make a lamp shine.
Learning goal
The students learn about the components of a light bulb and a battery, build a simple electrical circuit, sketch it and realize that electrons can only flow in a circle.
Description
In this experiment, a light bulb is lit using a battery module as a power source and a switch. The students test and describe the effects of electrical energy.
The students build a simple electrical circuit and sketch it using appropriate symbols.

Experiment 4
Which materials conduct?
Learning goal
Investigation of different materials according to electrical conductivity.
Description
In this experiment, a light bulb is illuminated via the experiment station using a battery module as a power source and a switch. The students test and describe the electrical conductivity of various materials.

Experiment 5
Electricity generation through solar energy
learning goal
The students learn about solar cells as an environmentally friendly energy source and experiment with how the most electricity can be generated from solar energy.
Description
In this lesson, the students will use exploration to find out how to position the solar cell so that it generates the most electricity. They will record their results on a research sheet.
